Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
Please note, shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item.
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Sale items or items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.
Personalised or customised products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
